When making a wear-resistant plate, relevant heat treatment should be carried out, and forging and processing should be carried out after preheating. The processing technology and purpose are also relatively good. So, when heat treating wear-resistant plates, temperature is indeed a technical activity, and temperature should be appropriately controlled. So, how can temperature be better controlled?
The heating temperature of the wear-resistant plate is 810-830 degrees, and the insulation time is determined based on the furnace loading method. Tempering temperature: 320 degrees, sufficient time, oil cooling after tempering to reduce tempering brittleness. Handling is to pay attention to the deformation of the workpiece, and it is best to have anti deformation fixtures. It is best to use pressure quenching and pressing back.
Wear resistant plates are prone to overheating, pay attention to heating temperature and insulation time. Suggest heating at 820 degrees and maintaining appropriate insulation. Tempering temperature: 320 degrees, sufficient time is required. Hardness: 45-48HRC. Good performance in use. Salt bath NaCl: BaCl=3:7 can be heated at a temperature of 820 and a time of 30 seconds/mm (mm refers to the effective thickness of the part), oil cooled. Tempering temperature of 280, air furnace time of 2 hours, nitrate furnace time of 30 minutes (for reference only, specific temperature and time depend on technical requirements)
In summary, the temperature of the wear-resistant plate should be reasonably controlled, and the appropriate temperature should be mastered. Flexible handling of the situation should be made accordingly!
