The Xinjiang Xinlianxin Grid Project, in accordance with the requirements of the process specialty, adopts a bolted ball-node quadrangular pyramid grid shell structure. The grid has a span of 120 meters, a total length of 180 meters, and a height of 43.39 meters. The grid structure is a quadrangular pyramid with lower chord support, a bolted ball structure, and a self-leveling design. The bearing spacing of the grid structure is arranged at 9 meters, and it is designed with a thickness of 3.5 meters. The roof is covered with colored-coated profiled steel sheets and light strips, and the ends and sides are closed with colored-coated profiled steel plates. Supporting facilities, such as fire protection, lighting, water, electricity, and heating, have been installed, fully meeting the requirements for environmental protection, fire safety, and on-site use.
Since the commencement of the project, the project department has managed the work strictly, organized the construction scientifically, and supervised safety closely, with a focus on progress and accelerating the construction schedule. Despite multiple challenges, including weather, technology, environmental conditions, high-altitude work, and the impact of the epidemic, the project has been completed on schedule, thanks to high cooperation and mutual collaboration with the construction unit.
