Project Overview: The 2GW project of the Boda New Energy Battery Factory in Egypt has a total workshop construction area of 27,000 square meters. The workshop building height is 9.825 meters at the eave height and 12.35 meters at the ridge height. Structural form: Portal steel frame structure; Building floors: One floor. The battery factory project is divided into four single buildings (101#, 102#, 103#, and 105#) and one pipe gallery. Among them, the largest single building is the 101# factory, which is 198 meters long and 106 meters wide, with an area of approximately 21,000 square meters. The tonnage of the steel components is 1,754.95 tons

Short Construction Period

Steel components can be prefabricated in factories with standardization; on-site work only requires bolt connection or welding assembly. Construction efficiency is 30%-50% higher than that of concrete factories, significantly shortening the time to production.

After anti-corrosion coating treatment, steel structures have strong rust resistance and a service life of over 50 years. Daily maintenance only requires regular inspection of coatings and connectors, with costs much lower than the repair costs of concrete structures.
