The sixth section of the Anshan to Tai 'an Expressway project and the first section of the Taian-Montenegro Expressway project, which the company participated in, are under steady construction.
The Taian-Heishan expressway project starts from 4.5 kilometers west of Taian County and connects with the end of the Taian-Anshan expressway at the Kuangbang interchange in the west, where it connects with the Jingha expressway through the Kuangbang interchange and extends the mileage marker of the Taian-Anshan expressway to the north. It passes through Sanglin Town in Taian County, Siyaji Town in Heishan County, and ends at the northwest side of Wanjia Village in Heishan County, where it sets up a connection with the Heishan East Connection Road and intersects with the Heishan outer ring road. The total length of the project is 33.890 kilometers (including the Heishan East Connection Road of 0.707 kilometers), of which 13.754 kilometers are within Taian County and 20.136 kilometers within Heishan County.
The Anshan-Taian Expressway Wanbang Hub Interchange is located to the west of Taian County, and adopts an oblique double-loop cloverleaf interchange scheme, which is one of the key engineering projects on the entire expressway. The main line starts from K57+0.30 and ends at K57+689.5, with a total length of 659.5m. There are a total of eight ramps, including A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, with a linkage length of 2010m to the Jingshan Expressway. The main structures include six large, medium, and small bridges (including interchange ramps), 17 culverts and tunnels, and approximately 1.34 million cubic meters of embankment fill. The bridge engineering includes 232 piles, 26 concrete bases, 178 bridge piers, 83 beam caps, 210 precast T-beams, 12 steel-concrete composite beams, and 25 cast-in-place box girders.
This interchange has 6 bridges spanning the main line of the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway, including the mainline overpass bridges at K57+931.5 (left and right spans), the on-ramp bridge at CK0+695.6, the off-ramp bridge at DK1+608.3, the off-ramp bridge at GK0+707.844, and the on-ramp bridge at HK1+408.8. The upper structures of the bridges are steel hybrid beams, and all of them were constructed using the top-push method.
The company undertook the construction tasks of the sixth section of the Anshan to Tai 'an Expressway project and the first section of the Taian-Montenegro Expressway project, and the project is being carried out in an orderly manner according to the scheduled plan.
Since the project commenced, the project department of the company has consistently adhered to the problem-oriented approach and scientific planning. It has actively overcome numerous difficulties, such as poor winter construction conditions and complex nighttime construction environments, while ensuring the quality and safety of construction. It has caught up with the progress and rushed the construction period, and has dynamically adjusted the construction plan according to the actual on-site conditions to ensure the orderly promotion of various construction tasks.
