On April 7th, the steel box girder of the 13th section of the Zouji Expressway, in which the company participated in the construction, was successfully lifted for the first time, marking the official entry of the project into the main construction stage of the steel structure and laying a solid foundation for the full line connection.
The main line of the Zoucheng to Jining Expressway is located within Jining City, with a total route length of 62.008 kilometers. It is constructed to the standard of a two-way four-lane expressway with a designed speed of 120km/h. The A-ramp bridge of Rencheng Interchange is located on the west side of Daliudian Village, Jining City, Shandong Province. The central mileage pile number of the bridge is AK1+023. The designed bridge length is 102.5 meters, the span arrangement is (30+35+30) meters, and the bridge width is 19.5 meters. The superstructure of the bridge adopts continuous steel box girders. The lower piers are cylindrical piers with pile foundations, and the abutments are ribbed slab abutments with pile foundations.
Hoisting operation is a key link in the construction of steel box girders. The company has formulated a detailed hoisting plan and emergency response plan in advance. Before hoisting, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the hoisting equipment were carried out to ensure its good performance. At the same time, strict safety and technical briefings as well as pre-job training and education were provided to the operators, ensuring that each operator was familiar with the hoisting plan and operating procedures and clearly understood their respective safety responsibilities.
The successful first hoisting of the steel box girder this time has provided a strong guarantee for the overall construction progress of the Zouji Expressway project.
